While Jo was breastfeeding her twins, Florence and Charles, she found herself eating a cylinder per day of our choc chip Tanker Toppers. While she loved the indulgence of our sweet biscuits, she also found herself craving a more savoury option. So while the twins napped, Jo tinkered in the kitchen and developed the recipe for these crackers.
The result? A wholesome, satisfying and convenient snack that has become a pantry must-have for breastfeeding mums. Chia seeds, sunflower seeds and extra virgin olive oil are combined with brewer’s yeast, fennel, fenugreek and flaxseeds – ingredients that have been used for centuries to support a healthy milk supply.
