So while the twins napped, Jo tinkered in the kitchen and developed the recipe for these crackers. The result? A wholesome, satisfying and convenient snack that has become a pantry must-have for breastfeeding mums. Chia seeds, sunflower seeds and extra virgin olive oil are combined with brewer’s yeast, fennel, fenugreek and flaxseeds – ingredients that have been used for centuries to support a healthy milk supply.
