Terms & Conditions
- Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will be subject to 100% payment for the services. - Should you wish to reschedule the event, this may be done up to 72 hours before the event only and subject to availability. - Extending the event timing is only available at the discretion of the Event Company, and extra charges may apply. - Prices do not include electrical or water supply. - Extra items / services must be requested by the client more than 24 hours before an event. - Any loss or damages to events materials will result in recovery charges at the discretion of the Events Company - Any harassment of any nature towards events staff or vendors will not be tolerated. - Reckless behavior is strictly forbidden due to discomfort of others and personal injuries. The Events Company bears no liability for such injuries and reserves the right to take appropriate action. - Photo disclaimer: Every party is unique. Photographs of past events parties are examples of what a party can look like. The Events Company does not accept any responsibility for the parties that do not look exactly the same as photographs displayed. - Should your event be held in a location other than your own premises, please ensure that you arrive at the location at least 30 minutes prior to the advertised event start time. - Parental/Guardian supervision is required at all parties. - Transportation charges within Dubai may apply. Transportation charges will apply to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. - Additional delivery charges may apply for certain services/items.
